About
Hi I am Sarah Beth Herman
At the heart of my work is a deep desire to show the world there is a better way. I believe education is more than just sharing knowledge, it is about sparking transformation and helping people create lasting change. My love for small business runs deep because they are the heartbeat of our communities and the most authentic proof of dreams brought to life. Supporting small businesses is not just something I do professionally, it is personal to me.

My mom used to tell me when I babysat to always leave the house better than I found it. Those words became a way of life for me. On March 4, 2022, the day my mom passed away, she left me with the same message once again, to march forth. I stood by her side during the last 17 days of her life, holding her hand, loving her deeply, painting her nails, and trusting that being there was exactly where I was meant to be. During that time I leaned on my team to run my company, which reminded me of the importance of leadership, trust, and building something bigger than yourself. Her legacy lives in everything I do, and it fuels my mission to leave every space, every business, and every life I touch better than I found it.
