Service Description

During our one-on-one Business Development mentor session(s), I will provide guidance and support as we delve into the specific challenges and goals you are facing in your business development efforts. With my experience as an owner of five successful companies and over 22 years in leadership and management, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with growing a business and following the dreams of entrepenuership. My goal is to draw out your talents and provide experience-based advice to help you achieve your goals. I understand that true leadership is not achieved unless one has experienced challenges and I want to help you navigate through those challenges. We will work together to identify potential opportunities and strategies for growing your business and increasing revenue. We will also be focusing on personal growth and development by identifying areas of improvement. I will provide you with a questionnaire on a monthly basis to evaluate your progress and open new opportunities for growth (For those enrolled in weekly or semi weekly mentor sessions). In addition to this, I will incorporate fact-finding missions such as personally testing and strength tests to aid in coaching and mentorship. The session will be tailored to your specific needs and will include a combination of discussion, brainstorming, and action planning. By the end of each session, you will have a clear understanding of the next steps to take to drive your business forward and achieve your desired outcomes."
